The CRM is created using Laravel as backend. I have used tailwind css & bootstrap for the frontend part. For storing the data, I have made use of MySQL database.

The CRM system includes a lead assignment feature, allowing admins to assign leads to specific agents. This ensures that each lead is directed to the right agent for follow-up and engagement. Admins can easily manage and distribute leads based on factors such as the agent's expertise, workload, or geographic location. Once a lead is assigned, the agent receives a notification with the lead's details and is responsible for nurturing the relationship. The system also tracks the performance of each agent, enabling admins to monitor lead conversion rates and overall effectiveness. This feature ensures a streamlined process for lead management and accountability across the team.
